Since January 2009 Dr. Gray has been affiliated with the University of the Rockies, a private graduate school of psychology located in Colorado Springs. As a core faculty member, Dr. Gray teaches doctoral level courses in neuropsychology, provides clinical supervision to doctoral students working out of UoR's own training clinic, directs doctoral dissertations, and serves as mentor to graduate clinical psychology students.

In addition, Gray Neuropsychology Associates maintains an internship program to UoR doctoral students. The internship allows for reduced fee outpatient neuropsychological services to the community, including biligual offerings to Spanish-speaking individuals. Services include: neurofeedback, psychotherapy, brain injury rehabilitation, and neuropsychological evaluations.
