Since January 2009 Dr. Gray has been affiliated with the University of the Rockies, a private graduate school of psychology located in Colorado Springs. As a core faculty member, Dr. Gray teaches doctoral level courses in neuropsychology, provides clinical supervision to doctoral students working out of UoR's training clinic-Switzer Community Counseling Center, directs doctoral dissertations, and serves as mentor to graduate clinical psychology students.

In addition, Gray Neuropsychology Associates maintains an internship program to UoR doctoral students. The internship allows for reduced fee outpatient neuropsychological services to the community. Services include: neurofeedback, psychotherapy, brain injury rehabilitation, parent consultation, and neuropsychologic evaluations.
